Where a treatment needs a medical professional, it's carried out by one of our nurse practitioners. If you're not a good fit for something, we'll tell you.

How old do I need to be?
Most of our treatments are for clients aged 18 and over, and we may ask for ID. For teenagers we offer Scarlet's facial, a gentle treatment booked by a parent or guardian. If you're under 18 and worried about your skin, ask a parent to give us a call.
Does it hurt?
It depends on the treatment, and on you. Most facials are relaxing. For anything more involved we'll explain exactly what you'll feel, and what we do to keep you comfortable, at your consultation.
What if a treatment isn't right for me?
Your consultation includes a full check for anything that means a treatment isn't suitable, such as medication, pregnancy or skin conditions. If something isn't right for you, we'll say so and suggest an alternative.
Will I bruise or swell?
After injectable treatments, some bruising or swelling can last a few days. Small lumps can appear while swelling settles, and usually smooth out within a few days. Following your aftercare makes a real difference, and we send it to you in writing.
Is the consultation fee refundable?
The £25 consultation fee is taken off the price of your first treatment with us, so if you go ahead it costs you nothing extra.
Do you have evening appointments?
Yes. We're open until 9pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Mondays and Saturdays are by arrangement, so message us for availability.
